The staff was polite and very helpful! great service, as i asked to check out an hour later due to a meeting and the employee helped me. will definitely book again! i also found the location handy for getting around town. It.

i booked a twin room but got a double, which wasn't ideal.

lovely staff quieter room good choices

the staff was lovely i found them always ready to assist. my room faced the trampoline station it was much quieter this way. the breakfast offered good choices for a satisfying start.

the hotel parking was limited to just a few spaces. arriving late meant i needed to park on a nearby street.

inoperable lift difficult access

the location was good. it was close to the train station and city centre.

the lift was out of order and a sign indicated it would remain so until january 2026. i was not informed of this before my arrival. this made access difficult.
